How do I book a Golf Session or a lesson?
You can book your golf session or a lesson 10 days in advance by calling on 24x7 assistance MasterCard For You on 1800-102-6263 (not available on Airtel Fixed Lines)
Is there a minimum handicap requirement?
Yes, it differs for each golf course. You will be informed of the same during your call with MasterCard For You.
How many days/ hours in advance do I need to book?
You need to book 10 days in advance for a golfing session or a lesson.
How can I know if my booking has been confirmed?
You will be contacted within 7 working days as per the preferred mode of contact selected by you. At times, due to closure of golf courses on certain dates for reasons beyond our control, it may take longer than 7 working days.
What do I need to carry at the golf course to gain entry?
The golf course will recognize you by your name as mentioned during reservation. However as please carry your MasterCard World card and any other identification proof.
Whom should I contact in case I face any difficulty in gaining entry at the Golf Course?
We ensure that your booking details are confirmed and shared with the Golf Course before you are expected to reach the Golf Course. In case of any odd incident that there is any difficulty in gaining entry at the Golf Course you can call us on the Golf Concierge at 1800-102-6263. We will assist you accordingly.
Are there any minimum and maximum no. of balls per flight?
Yes. As per Rules of Golf and universal golf etiquette, there must be a minimum of 2 (TWO) balls per flight on Weekdays and a minimum of 3 (THREE) balls per flight on Weekends and Public Holidays. The maximum number of players per flight is 4 (FOUR) on any day.
Can I take guests inside? If yes, how do I pay for them?
Yes, you can take your guest along. You need to pay applicable walk-in rate will be charged to your MasterCard World Card. The payment has to be made on a secure IVR over a phone call.
Do Golf Courses have dress codes?
Most golf courses do have dress codes. In general, a collared shirt and trousers is fine. Golf courses do not allow denim trousers & shorts. Also ensure you wear a proper set of golf shoes with soft spikes for all golfing sessions.
Can I contact the golf course directly with my MasterCard World card and get a booking?
No, under this program at all times, ensure you the Golf Concierge on 1800-102-6263 to book a golfing session or a lesson.
Can I walk into any of the clubs part of the program and use the services?
No, all MasterCard World cardholders must make a booking at the Golf Concierge before going to the club. Bookings must be made 10 days in advance of the tee off date.
What about discounts on the caddie, cart and F&B expenses?
All other costs and charges such as F & B expenses, consumables, rental of golf equipment, golf-cart (Buggy) charges, Caddy Fees etc to be borne by the Cardholder(s) and his/her guest(s). Cardholders and guests have to pay directly at the club for buggy, caddie, turfmate and insurance at normal published rates at the club, where applicable.
Can I avail the other facilities at the golf club?
This offer is limited to tee-time and our guests cannot access the other facilities at the golf club.

The MasterCard golf program is not a golf club membership and is not to be regarded as a golf club membership.
Acceptance of all bookings/changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the golf clubs and subject to availability.
MasterCard / Apexlynx (CONTRACTOR) will not be responsible to make up the minimum flight conditions for any Cardholder who does not meet the stipulated minimum flight conditions
The Cardholder shall be allowed to play with members of the club or any other Green Fee paying guests and use the benefits of this program, provided that a confirmed golf booking is held by the other players
Cardholders can bring guest(s). There is a maximum limit of 3 (THREE) guest(s) per golf booking, which is subject to availability.
Cardholders must prepay for their Guests at the time of making the booking by using their MasterCard World card only.
There will be an administration fee of Rs. 500 for any changes made after confirmation of booking. Changes can only be made based on availability.
All cancellation charges / administration charges will be charged to the MasterCard card. This would require the principal MasterCard cardholder to provide all mandatory information about their card to the Golf Concierge to effect the charges as required
Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence / enquiries and /or attempts for bookings directly from Cardholders and Cardholders may not receive any response directly from golf clubs
A club member cannot make a booking directly at the club and transfer the confirmed tee-time over to the Cardholder and vice – versa.
